Eforce Media

A divestiture of Fox Interactive Media, Alena Technologies merged with Eforce Media and acquired Vertical Passion Media to create the most comprehensive, performance-driven digital marketing platform available, handling advertising and campaign management, lead generation and qualification, e-commerce and customer service, and logistics and fulfillment. Specializing in helping businesses attract more customers and bring brands to the online market profitably, the company's marketing methodologies and unique, patent-pending technology make it easy for companies to build revenue streams in the online channel.

Fox Interactive Media
Fox Interactive Media (FIM) oversees the Internet business operations of media giant News Corporation, including fox.com, foxnews.com, and foxsports.com. Television fans can get their dose of FOX programming online thanks to this business. It also coordinates with local TV stations owned by FOX Broadcasting to distribute content and sell advertising on their Web sites. Since FIM's formation in 2005, News Corp. has been has been snapping up Internet properties at a rapid pace to add to the fold. Newly acquired Web firms include Intermix Media (and its social networking site MySpace.com), as well as video game fan site IGN Entertainment (and its movie site Rotten Tomatoes). In 2007, Fox Interactive Media divested its digital marketing, e-commerce, and online monitization assets as Alena Technologies.

BT Global Services
BT Global Services keeps communications spinning worldwide for thousands of multi-site corporate customers. A subsidiary of U.K. incumbent telecommunications carrier BT Group, BT Global Services operates a leading European digital network that includes transatlantic fiber-optic connections to North and South America and its own multiservice platform. The company's divisions includes networked IT services for the financial industry, IT and telecommunications services for the public sector, and consulting and operator services such as network, security, and messaging support.

Vendare Media
Vendare Media Corporation, now known as Connexus Corporation, is a leading online media and marketing company providing solutions for brand marketers, direct marketers, and web publishers. Reaching more than 120 million consumers worldwide every month through its proprietary and extended media networks, Connexus provides advertisers and publishers with a suite of online solutions including display advertising, co-registration marketing, email marketing, search marketing, promotions and advergaming.

Point Break Sports
Point Break Sports, owner and operator of Lax Leagues and LaxStore.com, was founded in a small shop near Santa Monica, CA by a lacrosse coach and player. The local game was growing in popularity and the two founders felt there was an opportunity to open a store. Without any experience in retail, they decided to take a chance and make a dream come true.

MassMutual Financial
Founded in 1851, MassMutual Financial sells individuals and businesses a variety of life insurance and pension products through more than 1,500 US offices, as well as through third parties (financial institutions, brokerages, accountants). MassMutual is active in the retirement and financial products arenas, offering individual and group retirement plans, annuities, and trust services (through The MassMutual Trust Company). Other subsidiaries include OppenheimerFunds, David L. Babson & Co., and Cornerstone Real Estate.

United Technologies
United Technologies lifts you up and cools you down. Through such well-known names as Carrier, Otis, Pratt & Whitney, and Sikorsky, UTC makes building systems and aerospace products. Carrier, the world's largest maker of heating and air-conditioning units, makes and services heating, ventilating, and refrigeration equipment. Otis is the #1 elevator manufacturer; Hamilton Sundstrand produces engine controls, environmental systems, propellers, and other flight systems; Pratt & Whitney makes engines for both commercial and military aircraft; and Sikorsky makes helicopters. Chubb is a London-based security group. Lastly, UTC Fuel Cells makes fuel cells for commercial, transportation, and space applications.
